On 31 October, the world’s population will reach 7 Billion. WFUNA’s office in NY wanted to know where they fit in this grand number of 7 billion people on earth. 

“How does the world’s population reaching 7 billion affect you?”

The UN has made it a priority to start the discussion on what we can do to make a better life for 7 billion people.

What has your UNA or UNYA been doing to raise awareness for the 7 Billion campaign by UNFPA? 

One suggestion is to use online social media to engage and interact with your membership. Make your own 7 Billion collage and post it on your Facebook fan page. Direct a short film. Participate in UNDP’s newest “One Action Against Poverty” campaign. You can even Volunteer Online with UNV.
